ElizaBeth currently offers public Reiki trainings in Los Altos and Mountain View, California. Private retreat-style trainings are available too.
Practitioner Circles & Mentorship
Practice groups for Reiki Energy Healing in the traditional Usui Reiki way. We practice meditation and energy hygiene techniques, bring questions to each other, share from our experiences and discuss Reiki philosophy and history. Together, we deepen our experience of Reiki healing and the 5-element system.

Private Sessions
Nourish your body and being with a 1:1 Reiki session. These sessions are an invitation to soften, soothe, unwind and receive. Healing energy is shared through a hands-on practice. The practitioner gently places their palms in a series of positions on the body, inviting the flow of healing energy to go wherever it is needed. A simple way to think of hands on Reiki is as an "energy massage."
