ElizaBeth is an integrative somatic coach who weaves together movement, mindfulness and energy healing in her offerings.
ElizaBeth is a Reiki Teacher (Level III/Master Practitioner) and helps growth-oriented people to shine their unique light in the world.
ElizaBeth draws on over a decade of experience and 25+ degrees and certifications in fitness, somatic therapies and the healing arts to create experiences designed to help you nourish your nervous system and feel at home in your body.
Born and raised in California on Ohlone lands, ElizaBeth comes from mixed European ancestry with Scottish, English, Polish and Southern French/German roots. She is incredibly grateful to her ancestors, guides and her Healing Arts teachers and mentors. Her Reiki teachers include Amber Lee, Heather McCall, Frans Steine, John Crundall & Ellen Rose.
ElizaBeth, also known as Beth, enjoyed a successful career in physical fitness that complements her Healing Arts Practices. She graduated with highest honors from U.C. Santa Barbara, has been featured on national media including The Today Show and her online courses have sold over 100,000 copies.
ElizaBeth guides people from across the globe to better health and well-being through her integrative practices. People report immediate and long-lasting changes from their sessions with ElizaBeth. They feel at ease, grounded and welcome the playfulness and lightheartedness she brings to their sessions.

ElizaBeth has studied Reiki with 5 Reiki Masters
Reiki as a system originated in Japan in the early 1900's, and 3 people are responsible for bringing the Usui Reiki system to the West. These three individuals are the beginning of all the lineages to which ElizaBeth has been initiated into and trained in.
